If you’re trying to recover, please do not look at my blog. Turn around and please block me. You deserve to get better, and kindle a healthy relationship with your body and food. I fully accept that my blog, (though i am not, and never will be “pro-ed”) is detrimental to your recovery, and the first step to healing is to avoid what has harmed you in the first place.
If you’re “anti-ed” please just block me. Stop wasting your time trying to troll or trigger me. My blog is not made with the intent of being an active promotion of eating disorders, and is my way of venting and connecting with people who share similar problems. If you cannot communicate with me in a respectful way about concerns or otherwise, do not communicate with me at all. If you cannot understand that this is an illness (and i know full well it’s a fucking illness) please do not speak to me out of ignorance and malice. Please just block me.
If you’re considering starting the “Ana lifestyle”, please stop and block me. Turn around and seek help. See a nutritionist or doctor, follow a healthy calorie deficit, and do not seek out thinspo to “help” you. It will only harm you. Practice self care until you believe you are as beautiful and irreplaceable as you really are.
If you have recovered, please turn away from my blog, and block me. I am toxic to your mental health, but I’m so proud of your progress towards having a healthy relationship with food, and you deserve to be better. I hope one day i can be right beside you, and we can never feel bad about getting better.
